Federales Are Coming!
takes place April
19, 1993 in Waco, Texas. Fire has just been
accidentally set to the Branch Davidian
compound by federal agents. Attorney
General Janet Reno, seen in the extreme
left foreground, squashes Lady Justice in
palm, and holds a burning American
Flag. Paul Revere and Timothy McVeigh
cry out in the right foreground. David
Koresh can be seen crucified, completed
with electric guitar as the Statue of Liberty
and god work as a team to burn the
compound to the ground.
Minutes In American History

By Eric Humphries
On April 19, 1995 one of the deadliest terrorist attacks in
U.S. history occurred with the bombing of the Alfred P.
Murrah Federal Building, in downtown Oklahoma City,
Oklahoma. The bombing was carried out by Timothy
McVeigh and Terry Nichols in retaliation against the
government's handling of the Waco siege and Ruby Ridge
incident. The attack claimed 168 lives and left over 800
people injured. The horror of that day was felt worldwide.

Boom!
, takes place April 19, 1995 just as
the Ryder truck explodes in front of the
Alfred P. Murrah building in downtown
Oklahoma City. A fireman holds a pair of
baby shoes as Jesus clutches the burning
survivor tree and cries out. Victims, some
alive, some dead, panic as Timothy
McVeigh jeers in excitement. The devil
holds a burning Oklahoma flag.

Artist's Notes: The final canvas, 9:03 Field
of Chairs
, depicts the Field of Empty
Chairs and Survivor Tree complete with
ghostly spirits ascending to god‘s
outstretched hands. The 9:03 Gate stands
as a doorway framing the top and two
sides as Darwin, Lady Liberty and Jesus
cry to the far right. The left side is flanked
by a previously executed Tim McVeigh
and the devil holding a burning
Oklahoma flag. The burning flags
represent the senseless damage done to
both Oklahoma and America by terrorism.
